Sri Lanka Part 2 Wildlife

Sri Lanka are the place in Asia with highest biodiversity. Although it is one of the 25 places in the world with most diversity in animals, trees, and flowers.  Sri Lanka has many national parks, and Wilpattu National Park in the North West of the island, is the biggest. The national parks are there to protect the special wildlife. The animals in Sri Lanka consist of many, but I can mention elephants that is ca 5800 of in Sri Lanka, ibis birds, deer’s, peacocks and many other types of birds. It is more than 250 bird’s natives to Sri Lanka.

The temperature is nice year around and go between + 14 Celsius at the coldest places up to ca + 32 Celsius, so it is ideal for a big diversity of creatures.  That combine with the damp and rainy climate.
