This is just a start for what you could need, Good footwear is essential no matter where you og, in mountain, city or forest. Keep warm in Winter conditions and get a lot of water and Food With you. Only travel where you feel safe, and do the training you need before going on long travels. Allways tell People where you og, and when you aspect to be back. Take With you a Cellphone or other Equipment for making contact if someting happen.
